We have developed a comprehensive list of questions that can either be completed by the buyer or with your help during the initial consultation. They have received this link in previous emails but if you are completing for the customer the link can be found here.

Buyer’s Agent Online use docusign to prepare and deliver documents. In order to prepare these documents you can request the buyer to complete these forms.
Once the forms are sent, completed and signed you will have authority to act on behalf of the buyer.
At that point we will request the buyer pays the retainer fee.
