Our fees include an upfront non-re-fundable Activation Fee which engages our services for 6 months. Our Success Fee is then paid upon settlement when you have successfully purchased a property. Each property assessed by your Buyer's Agent and added to your map will come with detailed Sales and Rental Valuation Reports. These reports include an overview of sales history, property values, comparable results, and suburb snapshots.
